Advice on fItting a GRP Flip front
Can someone with some experience advice me on fitting a complete GRP front end. I need to know what fittings are required eg. hinges, brackets, or straps. So far I i have planned to use Rubber bonnet hook on both sides to the A panels, maybe also a pair of quick release bonnet pins on the top (near scuttle panel). I cant manage to figure out the best way of fitting the front. Should it be permantly hinged or also completely removable. Please advice! Thanks in advance. Bouncing Tacho Needle
Well it all started when....... I took my 91 Cooper to the local garage to be hooked up to the CO2 analyser. ever since when backing off the revs, the needle will bounce upwards, upon accelerating it goes back to normal, And now it has added misfires and kangarooing to the list, i have checked elec connections under the bonnet, plugs / leads / coil / dizzy cap +arm were all replaced recently from reputable sources, on the downside have buggered my hand up and cant spend all day searching at the mo so open to you guys Cheers Nick P

My 1987 Park Lane
Hi everyone!
Just thought i'd show you my mini, standard at the moment, but looking to do some tasteful mods, starting with some revo wheels. Although it now has bonnet hooks and chrome wipers due to a bonnet flying up disaster!
The park lane decals on the outside are no more, but hey! Let me know what you think (Paint needs doing around the mirror I know!)
After £300 for the car and £300 getting it to work! I consider it a bargain!
I plan to have revo wheels, stage 1 kit, race seats and harnesses.
Any more ideas!?
Thanks,
Matthew!
